Toro Titan Z5200

The Toro Titan Z5200 zero turn lawn mower is powered by a Briggs and Stratton engine that pumps out 24 hp to power the mower deck and wheels. The engine is a twin cylinder model with overhead valves. It also has a full pressure lubrication system to keep everything working smoothly. The cylinders are cast iron lined to give them a longer operating life. The gas tank on the Z 5200 Titan can hold up to 15.1 liters (4 US gallons).

The engine on the Toro Titan Z5200 powers the mower deck through an belt drive system that is engaged with an electric PTO. The mower deck is made from 10 gauge steel. Attached to the front of the mower deck is 3 anti-scalping gauge wheels which allow it to accurately follow the contours of the ground without the risk of it catching or scraping the ground (which can leave bald spots of earth on your lawn). The mower deck has cutting width of 52 inches, but with the plastic flap on the side, it has a total width about 10 inches larger. The mower deck has an operating range of 3 inches, from a low of 1.5 inches above the ground to a high of 4.5 inches above the ground. Raising and lowering the deck is done using a spring assisted, foot operated lever.

The engine on the Toro Titan Z5200 powers the wheels through a dual hydrostatic transmission system that allows for easy control of the speed and direction of the lawnmower using the levers in front of the operator. The levers are totally adjustable to suit the height of the operator. The top speed of the Z 5200 Titan lawn mower is 11.3 kph (7 mph) traveling ahead, while in reverse it can reach 8 kph (5 mph). Models that are quite like this one in the Titan range include the Toro Titan ZX5400 and the Toro Titan ZX5020 lawnmowers.
