John Deere 1750

The John Deere 1750 compact utility tractor is from the JD 1050 series of tractors that were produced during the late eighties and early nineties. This tractor was built in John Deere’s plant located in Baden-Württemberg. The engine that powers the tractor is designed and built in house by John Deere. It’s a naturally aspirated diesel engine that has a total displacement of 2.9 liters. The engine is a 3 cylinder and it is prevented from overheating thanks to a liquid cooling system. The engine is rated at 2300 RPMs. Unfortunately the JD 1750 tractor is not an automatic like many of today’s compact utility tractors.

The John Deere 1750 has a total power output of 49.3 hp. On the weighing scales the tractor has a shipping weight of 2721 kg (6000 lbs). However this weight will vary greatly when the JD 1750 is operational. This is due to the fact that you will be adding diesel and oil as well as ballast. It will also vary because you have a choice of chassis on the tractor, either a 4X2 2WD or a 4X4 MFWD 4WD which gives you more control. The rear wheels on the tractor each measure 13.6-36 (13.6 inch width, 36 inch rim diameter). The front wheels vary, depending on the chassis choice. The 2WD chassis comes with front wheels that each measure 7.5-16 (7.5 inch width, 16 inch rim diameter), while the front wheels on the 4WD chassis each measure 11.2-24 (11.2 inch rim diameter, 24 inch width).

The John Deere 1750 is keystarted using a 12 volt battery. There are a number of optional attachments for the JD 1750, ranging from ones like a front end loader or a fork to more specialist ones like sprayers.
